  • Saturdays at 12:00 UTC (straddles)

  • Each session will be 75-90 minutes + Q&A time afterwards 

  • All sessions held live on Zoom with real-time feedback

  • Can’t come live? No worries! — you’ll get the recording + a place to submit questions, which I answer in the next session.

Prerequisites

  • You’re comfortable being upside-down on your hands, and bailing out.

  • No injuries that prevent weight-bearing on hands

  • Curiosity about exploring new shapes and ways of moving
