In this session, we'll warm up and go through drills (and playtime) for pressing to handstand.
A press handstand can take months, or even years, to achieve, so mastery isn't what we're aiming for in this session.
Rather, you'll get a chance to explore a range of drills for:
shoulder strength
core compression
press technique
back chain mobility
which you can take with you to keep practising.
Even if press handstand isn't your goal, the strength and awareness from these drills will help you in your handstand.
