In this session, we'll warm up and go through drills (and playtime) for hollowback (aka chair).
This shape can take months to achieve, so mastery isn't what we're aiming for in this session.
Rather, you'll get a chance to explore a range of drills for:
shoulder openness with stability
thoracic extension
pelvis awareness
moving to and from this shape from straight handstand
which you can take with you to keep practising.
Even if hollowback isn't your goal, the strength and awareness from these drills will help you in your handstand.
