Today I woke up weak, no good sleep and thinking about my training. I didn't wanted but pushed my self a bit, read you and actually what motivated me was your words: "[...] just PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE". And so I did, that was exactly the last push I needed and then here I am, glad that I tried one more time at the time...  Also I may say, I loved the fact you gave us time to stop the practice for a bit and try our own challenges and then continue. I did mine with the wheel pose. That is what I need specially, just stop everything for a moment and try for a couple of minutes that thing I'm on... THANKS, SPLENDID ADELL! just learning a lot from you and of me at the same time through it. Here a photo of the hardest posture (for me) you suggested.

Adell, I really found interesting the exercises, I felt they really work and also I can include them into another practices... Question, is there a book you would like to share regarding this neuro-based movements? You said the name of a doctor but I couldn't  get it, would you like to type down his name, also? Nice keys for the wheel asana and back stretching! Now I have stronger basics! I am wondering about the exercise for opening the shoulders. Shall I bring all the way down my chest? That is what I was trying to do while I tried what you said about engaging the chest in. Thank you and I hope I was understandable...

I thought this would be somehow easy, and so I was already striving for more more and more, but then I realized how simple actions can demand as well strengthening. I love this one as it took me beyond the limits in a surprising way. Thanks!
