I just arrived in the UK! Gotta run some errands then get myself to my accommodations and THEN I’m gonna jump in with you all on Day 2’s flow! Goodness knows I need it after an overnight flight!!

We’re over the halfway mark! Day 6!! How challenging are the isolated thoracic movements eh?! But honestly these are so so so good for overall movement proficiency!
