"Hi Adell, I have a question! It's clear we should lift the shoulders to the ears in flexion. What about shoulder extension? I remember a class where you were saying to keep the shoulders moving forward in reverse table top. (If I am right) But I also see opening of the chest and pushing the shoulders back while in shoulder extension.. I am confused.. Is there something we should avoid when in shoulder extension? Hope my question makes sense! thanks! 🙏"

"Hey Gaia! Yeah shoulders are complicated!! The thing to make sure you're not doing in shoulder extension is trying to pull the head of the humerus back. You should let it move forwards. So...weird one in this flow and I admit I could have cued it better! But you can get that opening of the chest, while also not trying to force the head of the humerus backwards. Does that make sense?"
