"Since I saw your post on IG, I’ve been doing the taps on the non- standing leg during balance work. It’s super helpful. One of the main stabilizing tendons in my left foot has moved out of placed do to a number of stress fractures, so my standing balance on the foot has become almost non existent. I’m trying to teach my brain to compensate, and I’m seeing real improvements! It helps that my overall sense of balance is excellent, but teaching my left foot to find balance again has been such a challenge."

"I am getting addicted to your app😊somehow I always find what I need..fantastic, I thought I can’t get weight on the top of my foot at all but somehow I managed and it feels amazing like the blood flow is back. 🙏thank you!"

"omg this was such an eye opener. I will be back to repeat this very regularly and see how my hips respond!"

"Hi, I am recovering from an ankle sprain where I lost a lot of my mobility! I have been working hard to get it back but I have never seen so much instant improvement in my mobility. I felt super secure while moving through the sequence. Thank you so much!"

"Oooo, the nerve flossing was the place I lost my balance the most. Wonder why that is??? This was so good after a long day of being on the computer for grad school…✨❤️✨"

"😂🤣makin my brain sweat at sunrise! This is such a different feeling first thing in the morning. My just-awake-self has less balance and this took so much more concentration. What a fun way to start the day!!!!✨❤️✨"

"Sunrise + nerve flossing + ankle mobility = happy, stable body ready for the day ✨❤️✨"

"Ok- crying 😭there’s stuff here that I have struggled with since shattering my knee years ago that I’m doing (shaky but doing) and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful or more proud of myself for all the work I’ve put in. Bending into my left knee has been questionable for so long- and honestly I watched this and thought maybe I’d skip it but I did it anyway because I can do hard things- and I actually did it. And the squats. And pulling my heel to my bum…just whoa. Turns out I’ve just been scared. What amazing resilient beautiful creations our bodies are!!!!! Thanks for the challenge! ✨❤️✨"

"Still one of my all time faves!✨❤️✨"

"🙌🍑🔥 adding this class to my list!"

"Super challenging but so interesting to take that Updog standing. The plank/updog with 10% off of the curve litterally killed me hahahahahhaha"

"I really like this first thing in the morning Balance is extra challenging"

"This was a fun one!"

"Really enjoyed this. I was shocked how much difference in balance I had in each side of my body … definitely felt the boot work too"

"I love this so much. The ways in which it was challenging we’re surprising and I’m curious to try it again on a different day and see how it feels. For now, I’m sweaty and much more at peace than I was 20 minutes ago so it’s a win! ✨❤️✨"

"I've never had anyone do a drill in any class that had this type of simplicity but definite challenge! It makes it easy to follow and a lot to gain."

"This training was delicious and fun. I loved dance salsa and your salsa tip movement was so fun. Also it reminds me that the trining should be fun for us, which will allow us to enjoy the process and no really think just about results. Splendid practice."

"Short and fun! :)"

"Tested some handstands after this flow and was feeling way more stable than usual in my straight line (you know, for like 5 seconds), but hey I'll celebrate the little wins!"

"Great flow, but I am feeling cramping in the top of my hands/forearms when I’m trying the handstand positions. Is this just a matter of strengthening my arms? So"

"Ooo interesting! How does it feel if you press your fingers down more and grip more into the mat? Better or worse?"

"Worse, that’s what causes the cramping. It makes me fearful of pushing further"

"Okay I’m not sure what’s causing it. But fear is fuel for pain. Hold off and don’t go where it hurts. If you do get pain, try to approach it with curiosity."
