"Helloooooooo wrists! Such a fun and challenging flow, especially now that I'm falling more in love with headstand! I am having some issues with my hands tenting up at my index finger knuckle and thumb, despite spidering the fingers in arm balances. And I've kind of always struggled with that in bent arm poses. I've tried rotating my hands outward some degree (as opposed to having outside of hands parallel with outside of mat) to accommodate for carrying angle, but perhaps I just need more strength in my upper arms (as I'm lacking in that area, I know for sure)? Any suggestions? Anyway, thank you for this (and all) flow(s)💕"

"Wowzers! I did this flow this morning and then again this afternoon and what a difference! The way my body feels and the balance that I can muster at 5:30am and 5:30pm are so different! The spins from the curtesy lunge to the rotated standing position was a lot of fun and really worked so much for me- especially this morning. And hello legs hanging out in chair pose for sooooo long! 🥵😜 Such fun! Can’t wait to do it a third time and see if I wobble less as my brain learns to trust that I won’t fall completely over! I even managed a little arm balance early this morning which I was proud of….cuz 5:30am is early to be in a side crow!😂😂😂. ✨❤️✨"
