dedicated to being a good human on and off my mat

I thought, ooo no upper body, and then sweat through this whole thing! Hahaha! My booty and hamstrings are on 🔥so of course I love this! ✨❤️✨

Took me twice to really get into the little neck space and understand what I was feeling into. Once I got there, I felt an “ahhhhh” and am beginning to appreciate and notice how I often back away from movements like this. Coming back to this in the evening when the temps cool back down (from 97°F) to reassess and get into it again! ✨❤️✨

This is going to be one I come back to again and again. This may be one of my favorite tools I’ve learned from you and this is especially wonderful- like you! ✨❤️✨

I love this so much! Feeling stronger and stronger 💪🏼💪🏼and love the confidence that has come with this. So much less fear and way more stability! ✨❤️✨

Holy shoulders! I love the balancing in three legged dog- a little wiggle, reminded my brain I was safe and said good job making new maps and connections and came right back to it with confidence! ✨❤️✨

This. Trust. Trust in myself. Trust in my body. Trust in my ability. “Rewriting my identity” from a place of uncertainty or not enoughness or that feeling of imposter syndrome to a feeling of deep and grounded trust. This is everything today. You’re across an ocean so I’m sending big juicy energetic hugs to you from the sticky hit Deep South. This fed my soul this morning. Big love my friend. ✨❤️✨

I found myself thinking about and doing the cam shaft shoulder exercise while driving or standing in the garden….it was such a brain sweat to do the movement in different positions I felt like if I practiced and really locked it into my brain it’d be easier to maintain it in downward dog….the things we do for the love of yoga 🤣🤣🤣

Awe, Yay! Welcome home!!!!

I saw when you posted a similar video on IG and immediately had to try and found it much easier than I thought it would be (crediting all the MWA yoga and stability drills!) This coffee break did not disappoint- this is sooooooo good! ✨❤️✨
