The name of the game is FUN! Even though I literally cannot stand without crossing my ankles 🤣 I’m embracing the hard and having fun with it. A boone to all the balance work I’ve done with you over the years- I can do the squat-kick-stand-kick sequence hands free. So I can’t pop up, at least I have great balance! 🤣🤣🤣✨❤️✨

I love this so much! Admittedly, this is a weakness for me. I often run with the first strong emotion. This year has taught me much in how to be still, accept what I cannot change, and be at peace with what actually is. Love that this is the reminder as we embark on the gift of another year. ❤️

I second this idea! Tiny house, teenagers, winter…..sometimes my mat is my space as well. Love this idea!

Practicing in the cold sunny morning and I was plenty warm half way through this flow! My hip flexors are so tight from a massive hike, so this had its challenges but felt so good!

This was so needed. The last week has been so emotional with everything that is transpiring in the states right now. Embracing the universe, examining my ego and role in it, and breathing deeply. Strong back, soft heart, unbreakable spirit. Yoga on and off the mat. ✨❤️✨
