A question: when I bent the knee and try to lift it up, often my hamstrings cramp. My joints are hypermobile and bending forward with straight legs or even without warming up is too easy. So I wonder, are my harmstrings te weak? Or how can I strenghting them? I love this exploring class,Β ππ
