Just picking randomly I get into the flows my back needs. This is so wonderful, it is not just fun and love with each flow, but also the mysterious connection I have with those ones, meaning also with you here. Jejeje. Excelente workout! I AM JUST SO SYNCHRONIZED WITH YOU NOW. This work was perfect to start the mobility in my body after this long day of bus-traveling and my back-pain! I have been trying the wheel asana and swinging up one leg and then the another, and I think i tried too much and now my muscles are hurting a bit, so I may rest but not stopping totally… I remember in one video you said you had back problem and still continue in a more gentle and wise-conscious way. Now I am trying the same. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I now may go for another training with you. Thanks!

I LOVE IT AND END UP VERY KEEN TO DO ONE MORE CLASS, DEFINITELY! My favorite and the one I will bring to my improvise practices, is the first exercises, from malvada tu uptadasana -i think is the name-, that one from malasana to stretchy legs and back towards-forwards them. THANK YOU DEEPLY!

This has been one -to do not say the only one- of the best classes I ever take with you. Mental strength is way more harder that the one from the body. And I found it true. This class is CHALLENGING, HARD, PSYCHOLOGICAL GENTLE and  SYNCHRONISED strangely with my life. I am just again deep grateful with this gift of training with you, because I am finding this mental strength that goes beyond body. Thanks to be with me. I admire your mastery through practice and research, an example...

Honestly jaja, I found this one perfect for the night and with a longer time in the open legs positions. I love this because you allow us to bring to the practice what we need, and so it feels open and just ready for that, to change what is needed. Thanks for saying it also with your energy, beyond just the body and words.

This is one of the best I ever tried. It was very challenging and full of innovative movements. I am glad I did this before lunch, brings really a calmness to the full body and openness. Thanks for this and for bringing new movements. I loved the tiny baby moon asana.
