That was a doozie! I think I lost a bit of reach each time we did the forward fold. I have to be cautious of my proximal hamstring tendinopathy. No one wants yoga butt flare up! Regular repeats of this might improve the issue with time though.

Seems like I'm really getting the hang of wobbling and almost falling over!

Adell Bridges It was very helpful. I think I'll have to repeat it frequently to get some longer lasting improvement. If you have other neck/shoulder drills I would definitely give them a try. Neck pain has been an issue for some time.
