I love this, and my fav wheel pose at the end feels safe and strong. Thanks for putting all spine videos in one place 🙏

Thank you for new playlist❤️ I love your photo in skirt ❤️

Adell, what a strong practice 🔥💪I love when you share your practices from your “own mat”, how strong you are! I have found new strength challenges in this flow, I love this sweaty fun workouts. Transition from one leg bridge to one leg wheel pose was a total surprise for my brain - i have fallen every time. Brain was like “what did you say to me? I don’t get it” 🤣 can’t wait to do that one again, only this month my legs already started cramping (lots of lower body work this month). Super class, thanks again 🙏

Thanks Adell! That was so fun! Loved looking at the rainbow 🌈 smiling helped the balance!

Thank you for this class and for giving variety of options how to progress. I love the experiment side of this class, rather then chasing ideals ☺️so the outcome can be only positive, empowering and encouraging to continue 🙏 thank you Adell 🙏

That was great, fun to stay in one rhythm of movements for longer. I really enjoyed that although couldn’t do the final combo 😉 yet ☺️

I’ve started my day with this epic flow! Epic as it reminds me of ancient Goddesses Warriors that live within us. On a physical level it was a warming, so fun journey, loved the deep stability work and Air Goddess and transitions with legs again connected me to my martial arts past. On a emotional level I adored the visuals of happy dog and that helped me to tap to the unconditional joy. And on mental level this practice created a sense of awe to Yoga Evolution. It was only over 100 years ago when teachers of India inspired by western gymnastics and physical culture started producing Asanas ( most of “Traditional Yoga” is actually a modern invention) and what you Adell have shared here is for me simply an evolution. Also we known there is a lot of dynamic yoga moves in Tibetan yoga which is older then Indian Asana. This flow is 100% yoga for me, afterwards I feel like meditating, feeling healthy and vital. Namaste Adell 🙏❤️ thank you so much for your creativity ❤️

So many juicy details in this flow makes you want to repeat it🙏 I’ve done it yesterday morning and today’s evening and it’s so interesting to see subtle differences in the body. I loved the slow down ankle circles and a mindfulness vibe of this practice. Thank you Adell! ❤️

Thank you for this great practice, loved the ankle work with vestibular stimulation at the beginning, that was very relaxing. And then that investigative approach to shapes and moves, and the inner thigh explorations made my hips and legs feel great. Adding to my favourites 🙏🙏🙏
