What in the actual world is going on with that internally rotated leg lift at the beginning in a seated position??? I couldn’t lift my leg! It’s like I’m missing a muscle! Major cramping haha! New thing to work on!
I’m so sorry I seem to be inept. I don’t know where to find a filter? I put the word filter in the search and it pulled up a video that looked like instructions but there was no sound and I couldn’t figure it out with just the video.
I’m struggling a bit with the changes to the app format. I loved when I could select something based on how I was feeling. I am not super tecchy but what is the best way to find a specific type of workout? For example today I need a gentle warm up. Another day I may want a more intense workout. Thanks for any advice.
