Are these shoulder drills really good for people who are already very hypermoble in flexion but have little strength?  How can they get stronger in the shoulder area without having the shoulder dislocate?  The drills are brilliant for those with tighter shoulder movement.

Adell,  I was taught NOT to do full neck circles as the joint is not a ball and socket type joint so it was only necessary to move side to side, front to back. right to left.    Your thoughts would be appreciated.

These are the best!  I personally like the more gentle flows with the creativity keeping the brain engaged.
