Hey Adell - I've been setting up a yoga retreat venue on my parents farm estate in North Wales.  So if you fancy holding a retreat in the UK, even just for a long weekend workshop style, perhaps over the summer, you should check it out www.plasashpool.com  - It sleeps 12, there's a specific studio room for yoga and it's surrounded by beautiful countryside for walks and hiking, oh and it has its own woodland and pond.  I would love to welcome you here and I'm sure all your UK yoginis would love to train with you.  Much love, Amy

We start our work on this month’s focus (Jump Backs and Lolasana) tomorrow with this gentle flow.
