A dynamic compression momentum flow for core and bent arm strength
It’s just 13 minutes and there are rest stops built into this fast and fiery journey. YOU CAN DO IT! It’s mega fun!
We start our work on this month’s focus (Jump Backs and Lolasana) tomorrow with this gentle flow.
This is all about opening the wrists and ankles, and working into internal hip rotation and spinal flexion to make your core compression feel easier.

Hey hey hey! As a supplement to todays new workshop on overhead shoulder mobility, this exercise is great if you have access to a bench and a couple of light dumbbells:
At the beginning of the video you can see me correct my hips — keep them lifted; don’t let them sink.
This is also great if you’re hypermobile in the shoulders like I am — build STRENGTH into that range of motion my floppy friends!

Are these shoulder drills really good for people who are already very hypermoble in flexion but have little strength? How can they get stronger in the shoulder area without having the shoulder dislocate? The drills are brilliant for those with tighter shoulder movement.
