"I love your tapping meditations. I appreciate that you address the link between perfectionism and lack of motivation in this one. 😊"

"I have been feeling a lot of “blah” recently, so thank you for this🤍"

"I love and look forward to these tapping meditations! Life has been handing me one challenge after another lately and I’ve been walking around repeating, “I am tenacious” as I do my best to rise to meet each one. This is such a lovely meditation, and reminder that I CAN meet challenges with tenacity as long as I just keep focusing on the next step….that’s what’s keeping it doable. Love, love, love! ✨❤️✨"

"Oooooof - NEEDED THIS. Love you ❤️"

"I came back to this now that spring semester has started and I was feeling overloaded with what was on my to do list and needed to remind myself that I’m capable of being disciplined! So glad these are here to keep coming back to!✨❤️✨"

"I have pondered this myself. According to EFT, there's no difference; i.e. the calming effects on the nervous system and lowering of cortisol work however you do it. But from a neurological perspective, I have considered that tapping with the non-dominant hand (or whichever one feels less coordinated) could be good exercise for the cerebellum, and I've tried it myself when tapping. But to be honest, I always just stick with what feels most comfortable especially when I am at a high level of anxiety or frustration and I just want to feel calm."

"Makes sense. I naturally tapped with my dominant hand. I had such a stress headache last night and remembered this and it helped immensely! Thanks for new tools for the tool kit✨❤️✨"

"Thank you for this tapping meditation 💗🙏"

"Thank you Adell! This is really what I needed <3"

"thank you for this it was much needed."

"wow. that brought some strong feelings so fast! Thank you! I needed this."

"This is amazing! more of these 👏"

"This is so good! For me, this was like a quick boost to up my vibration and get past a block I’ve been struggling with. Quick question: is there significance with staying with one side? (Tap left eyebrow stay with left eye brow?)And is there any significance with tapping with dominant or nondominant hand? Just curious. Thanks for helping me get unstuck ✨❤️✨"

"Sometimes I forget how powerful these tapping meditations are. And each time I practice one it's so incredibly effective! Thank you!!!!"

"I shared Marina thoughts. I may say that this one is interesting because we named this first ideas that stops us to identify them and work from it. Interesting because it is not a matter to avoid them, but rather to take care of it as we start to know them better... The change is happening then, if we do not focus only on that ideas, but rather move from them."

"great challenge for me! hoping you have suggestions for shorter arms / longer legs.... i can manage to (sometimes) touch toes to opposite ankles from down dog, but for the life of me i can't find clearance to get my long shin forward enough to touch toes to the same side ankle. Argh! what to do?"

"these longer classes are my absolute favorite ❤️thank you so so much Adell, so lucky to be able to learn from you ❤️🙏🥰"

"Such a challenge! 🥵and so great!!! I’ll be forever integrating toe taps into every practice!!!!✨❤️✨"

"I just love the structure of your classes! <3"

"Homework for my wonky foot 😀"

"I was just giving some information to my ladies what is ‘inversion’ and ‘eversion’ of the feet few weeks ago. This will add some sparkle to the topic. Oh well, next time. 😍"

"wow! I think that was the problem nerve for me! thank youuuu 😘 You might just have saved me a few hours of training 😀"

"These nerve flosses are truly incredible!"

"science is magical 😀 2 min and you find that difference"

"Wow!! This worked...!!! Thanks so much, Adell!"

"So so good. I’ve been doing yoga regularly for over a year now. Unfortunately I was doing random videos, which I loved but it didn’t exactly do much for me. I downloaded your app and within 2 weeks I feel a shift and transformation occurring. My body is opening up, and I didn’t realize how locked it was till I began your classes. I’m floating half the time, gliding easily through everyday movements. Thank you! Also your personality is extraordinary. I haven’t laughed so much on a mat in my life. Don’t ever change!"

"Nerve flossing is so cool! It’s like add some lubricant to the body. 🌟"

"This is super helpful and very well explained. Thank you, Adell! xx"

"thanks Adell. I can get into supported headstand but usually need additional height/padding until my elbows otherwise as I walk my legs in to get my hips over my shoulders my elbows want to come off the ground. is there anything you think I could work on to stop this?"

"Hmmmm it’s hard to know without seeing you (feel free to send me a video on IG or email it to me — adellbridgesyoga @ gmail ) But my first guess is maybe your lats are stopping you. How’s your overhead arm range of motion? Do you elbows rotate out to the sides?"
