"I’m baaaaack!!!!!! 13 long days of barely any physical movement (but lots of breath work) felt like so long and this practice today felt like such a homecoming! "😇 I kinda mixed up Monday and Tuesday on the schedule (mom brain) and was a little confused that it felt rather gentle. Later I realised what has happened 😅. Luckily I could manage to fit this flow in the early evening, wich was just perfect for me. My balance is generally something I feel I need to work on and in the morning it isn't quite there 😂. So my mistake turns out to be quite lucky. It was intense and fun and will save it on my list, ready to repeat 😍."
