Oooo, psychological mobility! I love that. Awareness but with intention and control. This, I think is my lifelong practice more than anything else. Balance is what I strive for because I’ll be the first to admit I can get lost in either landscape and become a little to intrude to whichever one is being left out. Some seasons I live in my thoughts and “head” and I can forget there’s a body that needs nourishment and care until something pulls at my attention. I can also get really wrapped up in being in my body and spend so much less energy tending my thoughts….until it gets noisy enough to get my attention. I feel like a squirrel running between the two ends of a sea-saw sometimes. My goal is to just chill in the middle more often than not. 🐿️☺️ also, hello earth goddess vibes in your green ✨❤️✨
