Did this with my ballerina daughter and she says thanks! As a former ballerina, I wish I had known half of this when I was young and dancing- could have saved myself injuries! We’ll be back for this one again as it’s now Sofia’s favorite! ✨❤️✨

Oh my. I found myself saying to myself, “I can’t do that,” but I stayed with it. It’s probably not the most physically graceful practice I’ve ever had, but the innet work was full of grace. Jai Ganesha! ✨❤️✨

This was so fun! The chair-revolved half moon really had me making new neural maps as I worked out the balance in the quick movements. This is the first movement I’ve done today, so I’m interested to see how it feels later this afternoon. Love feeling like I’m adding cardio without leaving my mat! ✨❤️✨

Came back to this flow today and it was perfect for what I needed. My spine is happier, so I am happier. ✨❤️✨

Wowzers🔥💪🏼🥵 that was challenging! And yeah- it feels so good to be on the other side of the challenge….a good thought for the pensive peacock🧐🦚 i love a good challenge from you! This is one to add when I need a full body sweat and I have a half hour or less! Now for a plunge!!!!✨❤️✨

Some days I can, and sometimes I can do something different. Oof. That’s some neural rewiring right there. Coming back to this one though and honoring my body’s need for slow and restful movements. Mmmm, mindfully taking stock of this one. 🧐🦚
