I was looking for something quick to get warm before jumping in the sauna and after the dynamic lean and lateral shoulders, my arms are cooked for the day- but wow- that packs a punch. ✨❤️✨

“The burn is where we learn!” My mantra for this coffee break work out😂😂😂✨❤️✨

Wow, okay, wild thing but not touching down required some new brain mapping. I found that if I tapped my toes to the ground I could pick them up and hold them. As if my brain was saying, “wait, where are we in space? Oh, gotcha!” And then I could hold it. Serving go round was easier except my shoulders were on fire. Always love the deep stretch in Lord of Fishes and could just hang there for several minutes- but making it dynamic gave me some new awareness of where I get a little lazy in letting my arms do the work rather than engaging inner thighs and core. So good. Coming back to this to see if my brain mapping sticks. ✨❤️✨

This flow followed by a sauna is my happy place.

Rabbit is hard for me. Which, sometimes I think it’s the things that are hard is where the work is. So, I try to appreciate it. But wow, even with that- this flow helped release something I didn’t know I was holding in my core and hips and I feel soooo juicy now. Brava!✨❤️✨
