What a great tutorial and exploration of body and brain. I loved what you said about it’s not about how it looks but about how it feels. Technique question: in standing split hips stay level? I found my extended leg hip wanted to open so leg could go higher. 🙏

Adell Bridges i found there was a moment when i reached my max and felt super comfortable and light and then after vor-c things regressed. It was a great learning. For me the nerve mobilisation and ankle decompression were my top drills 🏆 thank you for lovely time and longer legs 🦵🦵 😀

Sweet flow, that was my second go with this one, i did it once with music and now without, and it’s great either way, loved the fun dance inspired moves. A question: how to isolate one butt cheek movement 🤣?

Adell Bridges that’s right, it is quite evolutionary and primal, when I’m closer to the ground especially on the belly that becomes my safe place. Plus in this flow I loved the rolling to the sides and back. Few rolls like that and you’re sane again 😀
