I did fit this 3 times today. In the evening though I couldnโ€™t keep up the V sits ๐Ÿ™‚ this is fav workout in past few weeks and I can see my abs has strengthen functionally and visually ๐Ÿ˜‰

Revisiting this flow today, I found it so refreshing and toning. Overall body strength has improved and now Iโ€™m able to hold peacock for a bit. So grateful for this skill factory, I like to come back here from time to time to keep my peacock alive and happy ๐Ÿฆš thank you xx

Who ho ho ๐Ÿ˜€ I wanted to squeeze in some short flow during the day and picked this one. That was super dynamic! So fun and yeah, I reached my melting point by the 4th round toe taps/dance ๐Ÿ™‚such a cool novel way to use feet in yoga. I know those moves from afro dance

Thank you Adell! Iโ€™ve enjoyed this warming flow very much. I have practiced it twice today, in the morning and in the evening. The second time round I was able to hold the funky pincha on one side only but still an unexpected outcome. In this flow I found the shoulder mapping at the beginingworked for me very well. Also realised vestibular drills really help me with stress overload, here it was just the perfect dose for today. โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

Thank you ๐Ÿ™ this was my third time Iโ€™ve done this class and today had an extra meaning. Hollow back themed classes are perfect when I seek for that soft heart and thoracic openness.

This class was great for shoulders too as we tried different stances of alien-ified wild things. Also the slow paced cool down felt so good after heart opening sequences. Iโ€™m grateful classes like this are available for me when I need them ๐Ÿ˜˜

Adell Bridges lately I am more sensitive around my nervous system and I found that being closer to the ground is crating more safety. This is as you say because there is more points of contact, less challenge for the brain, but I just find it quite amazing how sensing gravity can calm me down. Now when Iโ€™m going through some stresses of life I find my body craves that sense of gravity, also including legs being rooted in the floor/ground brings sense of safety. As my bucket is currently quite full flying upside down has been almost impossible, but I know itโ€™s temporary ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ I love the variety of your content and I can always find things to support me ๐Ÿ˜˜thank you

Thanks for great sequence Adell โค๏ธIโ€™m glad I went for this class this morning with some classic and less classic asanas, Iโ€™ve appreciated the pace, just right for exploring the moment. My fav transition was from Warrior 3 to Padangushtasana, loved it โค๏ธ warrior 4s were great fun variety too. Iโ€™d like to revisit this class in outdoor setting ๐Ÿ™

So good, stacking neural flossing with vestibular drills makes my brain happy โ˜บ๏ธ
