I love coming back to this flow. It is perfect as a evening practice, just washes gently off any tensions, beautiful movements and the gentle novelty of it is very refreshing and calming. Like a cup of good herbal tea :) A true remedy! ❀️

Great dynamic flow! 😊I realised I miss those explosive and jumpy movements in yogic routines. Those are definitely powered by different muscles fibers! Thank you Adell for the challenge πŸ™

Adell Bridges I’ve repeated the flow recently. This time I was able to push myself up but only via left leg. Wow, this requires not only brain but strength πŸ”₯ πŸ˜€ I start to love this powerful move. To be continued ;)

One of my favourite series/skill factory - Revolved Half Moon - any flow from this theme makes me feel super balanced and even more this one with super stability work for the core. And I was very much attracted by the title of video too. Full body happy, ego busted, job done. Thank you πŸ™
