"game changer!! I suffer from the second one and this makes so much sense! will do more active stretching 7 strengthening vs passive. thank you!"

"Adell, this was very helpful and the clearer explanation of Inversion and Eversion of the ankle was great as I always mixed them up! I’m always interested in knee education, I stopped running bc of the pain. Thank you!"

Some lovely comments on this video from our previous website:

"Thank you so much Adell it was super useful ! There are also some poses I don’t do anymore, like if there is reclining hero in a flow, I just work on my “no hands camel” !"

"Thanks much!!! I am a bit late to the game, but my knee has been bothering me so I decided to check this out. Loved the tips for pain with retraction - especially the activation of the quads and the tuck of the pelvis. Plus the slide whistle sound in the earlier part of the video made me LOL!"

"Sooo helpful. Learning with you is super enlightening and inspiring. Your intro hit the nail on the head for me. You are gifted with teaching and moving with you encourages my movement patterns toward health and longevity."

"Thank you so much. I've needed this!"

"Adell, my R knee lateral hurt with like a pulling pain on the first pose and my L knee same on the last pose. Any ideas to adjust?"

"Sounds like it could be the issue I discuss in this video : I'm watching Two common causes of knee pain on Move With Adell http://adellbridgesyoga.vhx.tv/videos/knee-pain-anatomy"

"Wonderful! Thank you for feedback, I will take this class later today : )"

"Oh, I didn't know you had such a course. That's amazing. Thank you, I'm in a fincancially just enhancing situation, so I had a talk with my ADHD impulsivity that NOW probably is not the best timing to do that course, but we definitely will come back to it once this whole situation is more stable and Saturn moved out of his square to my natal Pluto ;)"

""And at 1:08 Adell said 'In your practice, let there be mess," and there was mess."😆 Loved this class despite the mess and momentary frustration. I leaned in, literally and figuratively, and - as always - felt so good for it when it was all said and done! xoxoxo💕"

"fuuuuun loved this flow"

"Haha this comment made my day! I'm so glad you loved the class! And to answer your question, no I do have a methodical approach. I cover it in entirety in my Brain Based Creative Sequencing Course hehe Here's the link to that in case you're interested: https://adell-bridges.teachable.com/p/brain-based-creative-sequencing And within that course, I also give some information and tools on the neurology of creativity, and how to tap into different circuitries of the brain known for the different steps of any creative method. You could totally create endless creative sequences too!"

"I wasn't great at the arm balances but this class flew by and I feel great afterwards!"

"Waaaw !! That was intense ! Thank you Adell :D"

"This was an AMAZING class Adell, thank you so much. I loved it. SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYs to enter into EPK! I just love your creativity, I always get a bit jealous, to be honest ;) I'd love to hear how you prepare for these classes, where you get your ideas from... Do they just flow out of you, or is there some kind of concept to it? Or, in other words... Is it just messy and ends up being AMAZING, or do you come from a place of order and tidyness when you create these flows? Anyway, thank you SO MUCH. I needed exactly this today."
