I tried different things, saw different doctors and, still the pain is always there (and it all started because of a push from a teacher I have to say..). I will defintely tried to implemente tour advices and hopefully one day I will get rid of it!"

"yes I did! and today for the first time I felt my shoulders instead of my upper back opening when pushing forward in bridge. I have very wide passive range of motion in by back, both lower and upper, and I have been using it to compensate for lack of hips and shoulders mobility, in bridge, updog, Camel, malasana, forward folds, 1 legged squats etc etc. I have the habit of always going into the end of my range of motion: if I don't feel that "pushing" sensation I feel I am not working. I remember getting adjusted in gymnastics until my bones cracked. but I have been gaining awareness both on hypermobility and on these compensating mechanisms thanks to you, and especially with my back I am avoiding that end range of motion sensation at all costs. however sometimes I still make mistakes and get hurt ! hopefully I will get stronger and more aware and this will happen less and less. of course I would love it if you did a mini workshop on this, too!"
