"Hello Adell! Right from the first floor bow pose, the top and external side of my thighs get numb, from the beginning of my butt cheeks to the side of my knees. It is something I've experienced before each time I do a floor bow pose and it usually takes days to go back to normal! I've wondered what causes it and if there's anything I can do to prevent that numbness. My previous yoga teacher didn't know. Any ideas?"

"I totally loved the bit where we have eagle pose on our legs, and do the little play of getting loose and finding stability… getting loose and finding stability… That’s genius! What a nice way of teaching our body to notice the difference! But it is veeeery difficult for me to do the kick up with one leg and maintaining the same leg up… I have the tendency to switch legs in the air before coming back (but not in a very graceful way), haha 😅"
