"Hello Adell! Right from the first floor bow pose, the top and external side of my thighs get numb, from the beginning of my butt cheeks to the side of my knees. It is something I've experienced before each time I do a floor bow pose and it usually takes days to go back to normal! I've wondered what causes it and if there's anything I can do to prevent that numbness. My previous yoga teacher didn't know. Any ideas?"
