"This was absolutely wonderful, I definitely have weakness in my hip flexors (lacking strength). I fell on my butt in this and had a laugh. Definitely will do again!"

"WOW! This was a firecracker!"

"Such a fun leg awakened for the weekend!"

"Hello legs and hips! Such a great & fun & warming movement practice on what is (currently for me) a cold rainy morning! ✨❤️✨"

"Something I love about your classes (one of the many things): I feel like my body gets smarter in the space of only a few minutes. First side: my body can’t figure out how to engage the muscles. Second side: so much smoother!"

"Hi Adell, I still struggle to put my hands down in titti. I need like a whole class as a warm-up. Any drill to help with that ?"

"Hmmm...might just be body proportions. I teach it this way because it's how I do it (bad teaching habit!!!) and I have these long gibbon-like arms 🐒🐒 With your strength, I wonder if you could press up to tittib from a seated straddle? Or manoeuvre into it from EPK2? Otherwise, just put blocks under your hands! Nothinggggg wrong with that. We all have different body proportions!"

"indeed I think it's a great thing! sometimes I get caught up in choosing what to do and the auto-play helps :)"

"Wow so much fire 🔥 Thank you :) How could I look for flows that are 'full'? Start with some cantering meditation and end with savasana? Do you have ones like these in the shorter under 40min flows?"

"this flow was sooooo nice for my feet!!! I feel like I'm walking on air now!"

"Adell, can you link to this instagram video? I'd 💕 to see it for body info/research."

"Thank you Adell ! I am so happy that I have showed up for today's class ! I am trying to follow this month's theme. Let's see how it goes ! Have a nice week-end Adell !"

"Amazing! i did this video because it played itself after the new ankle and booty one with resistance bands. I had tried it before but decided it was not for me due to the knee pain in the sissy camel.... this time I really enjoyed it! I still have to understand how to properly modify the sissy camel in order for it not to hurt my knees, but ever since I started training with you I always had to modify that twisty one legged updog and today for the first time I was able to do it - in the full version on the top of the toe! I'm so happy! Also I got very low in the sissy squat and for me that was impossible before, ever since I encountered it for the first time in your backbends workshop! I am not sure but.. I have noticed tons of improvements since I started training with resistance bands (I'm hypermobile) thank you so much Adell :)"

"pistol squats are hard. HARD! But this helps :D Ankle centered flows are so good <3"

"This flow is a whole experience. Seriously. Challenging. Dynamic. Rewarding. And all the while you’re talking us through it with so much confidence that I was like, “yeah, I got this!” So good! ✨❤️✨"

"my ankles felt super yummy after this class!! 😍😍😍"

"Waw! My ankles are weak I think... Funny sensation ! I am not really strong and aligned from my ankles, in french we have an expression "walking like a duck" ^^ that means that my feet do not point straight but a bit on the side. Your videos will help me for sure !!! Thanks"

"Haha same in english then ! And yes my palms face backwards when I am standing, but I have tight shoulders too, like close chest (?) so I don't know if everything is related... And I am working so hard on my posture !!! It takes time I think to "reboot" my muscles and how they are working."

"Oooooo, I looooove some core work, and totally second what Kendall said- the focus of being aware of my neck in the forward fold and back into shoulder stand was great! Also- why is reverse table top so awkward???? Maybe because everything we do is so forward facing….the little neck move there….took more focus than I would have thought. Another great class!!!! ✨❤️✨"

"This has been so good for my sore neck and upper back, thank youuuuu 🫶🏼"

"I was shaking all over with this one! Thank you Adell that was challenging, which is why you’re my favorite teacher! New movements and new muscles get activated with each class of yours I take. -a fellow hyper mobile yogi"

"I was wakeboarding last weekend, and I fell flat on my face at some point 😂 it was so tough that I felt my brain move inside my skull hahaha... I assume it was that fall, cause the first 2 days I was totally fine 🤭"

Some lovely comments on this video from our previous website:

"I packed my yoga blocks for the move too early without thinking, but still greatly enjoyed the class without them and can’t wait to try it again WITH them! Also, I know this was a class focused on core, but focusing on pushing my neck back into my hands doing that forward fold and back into the ground in shoulder stand has my neck feeling extra strong!!! P.S. - my partner has started to do some of your classes on YouTube because he knows how much I love you and he is really enjoying himself💕"

"And let me not forget the chicken-neck-bob in reverse tabletop! I did, in fact, give a little “bock bock!” out loud🐓🐓🐓"

"Supeeeer challenging 😰 go brain 🧠"

"Big challenge !! And my chinstand looks more like mouthstand haha my neck don't want to stretch."

"Yeees super strong 😅 needed to modify a little ;) and chinstand... no way 🙈"

"That was a great challenge. I was sweating and shaking- which is, I think, fantastic! I love when, at the end of a challenging flow, I feel like such a badass. Like, way to go body, we just did that! ✨❤️✨"

"A little hand switch position and chaturanga groes from hot to picante🤣"

"🔥class quickly! Dreams of doing Adell 🪄 Crow and switching knees!"
