"Thank you so so much Adell! I always thougt Nidra is something to practise before nighttime. But as I start my days with yoga I just gave it a try in the morning. Feeling so incredible refreshed and calm. Again, thank you!"

"Wow! I really love it. A whole new experience for me :)"

"Thank you for this moment πŸ™πŸ»"

"Slightly different Nidra practise than I am used to, but so nice to just rest. I am still not feeling too well for physical movement so taking it easy with more restorative practises like this one. Thank you!"

"Thank you so much, Adell! I very nearly fell asleep. 🩡"

"This is my perfect, by the fire on a Sunday evening, practice! Truly wonderful. ✨❀️✨"

"Now my mat is full of circles drawn by my knees!:) Great flow - my knees (and my hips) gave me a lot of signs."

"Just what I needed today :)"

"Thank you I find muscle the I forget I have it !"

"Thank you very much. This flow is fantastic. I am in the post-stage of my knee surgery, and this flow was constructive for me to overcome my fears :) And thank you for all your words at the end ✨"

"Thanks for this awesome session! Felt really good to strengthen around these hypermobile and weak knees πŸ’ͺ"

"Thank you so much for this amazing flow, Adell! You are awesome too and your teachings are precious! πŸ™πŸ½β€οΈ"

"Thank u for sharing your knowledge with us , bless u β€οΈπŸ™"

"Thank YOU for being awesome! I've been taking an involuntary break from yoga (and MWA) because of- guess what!- knee and hip pain and when I returned there was this flow. Don't tell me that it's not all linked!"

"That bottom of the but cue has been so great thank you!! Have been experimenting with it and it actually makes a huge huge difference. I can feel my core more when I do it too which I didn't expect. The body is so funny! And yes I definitely will do more incremental steps moving into poses, you've got a great point there."

"Hey Eliza! Hmmm it's really hard for me to know without seeing you with my own two eyes. What you mention about not actually squeezing your glutes is plausible -- this is actually how I used to be! I thought I was squeezing my glutes but actually it was my low back muscles doing the work. Now I think about squeezing at the bottom of my butt, like where my butt meets my thighs haha, and that helps. But of course there are a lot of other possibilities too. One thing I can suggest, which is useful for ANYBODY to do in ANY movement that causes them pain, is to see if you can move SUPER DUPER slowly towards the place where you things start to go funky, and then stop and hold it there, maybe moving a micro-millimetre in and out of that point. So you can begin to really pay attention and discover what exactly is occurring with your body. Does that make sense?"

"Adell, I wonder if you have an ideas about this problem I have in wheel -- I often here squeeze your glutes to keep your back safe, but whenever I do squeeze, inevitably as soon as I come out of the pose, my low back/tailbone area feels like its 90 years old and I can bareley move. Same thing happens when I squeeze my gluts in floor bow... can one over squeeze? Is it possible that bcs of my hypermobility I think im squeezing my glutes but I'm somehow pushing some other part of my body? I'm so confused!"

"ah ah ah love it ! I'll just take it as a gift from life at that moment. I join the other comment on other classes like that or with different stuff. As always it's a great class and there's no doubt you'll offer other ones always with this quality. when I want to feel "supported" in my practice or I just need to disconnect from my practice I pick one of your MVA classes. you have no idea the magic it does on my mood. thank you"

"Loved itπŸ†πŸ’ƒ"

"suchhh a great class!! Loved it!"

"Such an awesome class guys thank u so much ❀️"

"I have no kettlebell but I used a shopping bag full of books. It was a little awkward but I still broke a sweat!!"

"Nice partnership 😁 I enjoyed the mix of yoga moves for the warm-up and the cool-down and kettle bell are just fun. is the music of savasana one of yours Adell ? cheers"

"Absolutely loved this class - he did a great job I had fun!"

"So cool! Thanks, Jeremy, thanks Adell. I really like the mindful warm-up and the cool down. My body really needs this weighted practices so much, so I hope that youβ€˜ll add some more Kettlebell stuff, Adell! Or some workouts on rings or a bar. Would be so cool to finally have someone also combining it with the yogic spirit. Cheers x"

"Wow, one of my favourite sequences to date! Love how the vignettes build and add on each round. All taught with so much compassion I flowed into them without thinking about how difficult they could be. Thank you!"

"This was amazing at 6am and even better at 6pm. I’m exhausted though, lol. Starting a new year at school makes me feel like there are squirrels in my brain- too much happening- and movement is how I get them to all settled downπŸ€ͺ, so this was perfect. Always happy to roll my mat out with you! ✨❀️✨"

"I got warm for sure πŸ˜ƒ. This video made my day! Thanks."

"I did this to close my day today and it was such a sweet flow. I appreciated the holding my cork yoga blocks that are deceptively heavy after a little bit. I also loved how much time you allot in the wide legged forward fold because I always love to get upside down from this position and I had plenty of time to invert and come back to keep flowing! Feeling grateful for all of my 50 trillion cells working hard to keep me moving about this world (good job gals!) ✨❀️✨"

"Really enjoyed the nurturing vibe of this class! Feeling so much gratitude for a practice that aids me every day in becoming a better person, but also reminds me to be okay with where I am in this moment😌"

"Perfect reminder to be grateful for little things. They are so many each day brings us 😍 loved the class as every other one β™₯️"
