"This video is very helpful. Sissy squats are hard! And take a lot of strength. I tried your sissy squat twisty video first and that was so difficult for me. This video will help me with that next video that is more challenging. But emphasizing going slow and not going past your comfort zone was really helpful because it is easy to see how smoothly you can do these transitions and want to get there quickly. It time, consistency and patience are key!"

There's tons of cool research linking the vestibular system to pretty much every aspect of life, even depression and anxiety can be reduced with vestibular drills! Thanks for letting me get geeky here hehe. Let me know if anything doesn't make sense."

"Interesting!!! With the vestibular drill, that's a realllllly good thing to notice about yourself! I would suggest just decreasing the amount of time you do it for (literally just do it for 2 seconds and then stop), and/or doing it while sitting and see if that takes away the dizziness. You can think of the dizziness like the sensation of getting to the end of a stretch; it's your body saying "no further". So just like with a stretch, you want to get to the point that it's challenging, but not causing pain (or in this case, dizziness). Then you build up the challenge -- so doing the drill for longer, or doing it while in standing. This can be SO helpful for your vestibular system and as your brain's NUMBER 2 (second only to the eyes) getting the vestibular system happier (no dizziness) will help SO MANY OTHER THINGS trust me...

"Wow this helped me realize that my quads weren’t “turning on” and that my ankles were the first to start shaking. My big toe is a bit stiff and my arches felt sore! Love learning how important my feet are. The vestibular trick made me feel a little motion sick. Loved this class"

"This is such a good practice to add to my handstand journey! I always love the breakdown of information that helps make handstands feel more achievable. Happy Day of Thanks Adell- I am so thankful for you and this amazing collection of knowledge and joy that you continue to create! Big love my friend! ✨❤️✨"

"Feeling ever more confident getting upside down thanks to lots of practice here with you! ✨❤️✨"

"LOL that was hard and I had 2lbs lighter than you! I'm going to test increasing the weight each week and see what happens. I love working with resistance bands! I had the band closer to my heel, should it be on the ball of the foot like you had? (I noticed near the end of the first side). Thanks Adell!"

"This was great- but I definitely need a heavier weight than what I have at home, which is a great reason to get a few new things for my home fitness! ✨❤️✨"

"Thank you Adele"

"This theme hits close to home, excited for this month :) Thanks for your work Adele!"

"Love this. I feel like I am forever learning and relearning to trust myself as I dig and unwind conditioning and trauma and life in general….so looking forward to this month, as always! And yay for sleep tapping meditation!"

"The theme of trust and especially trusting that things will work out and I can handle whatever happens are the loudest themes of my life right now. Looking forward to this month <3"

"Love the theme! Absolutely perfect for where I am right now in multiple areas of my life. Missed your classes so much over the past 10 days or so. I’ve been sick, so I’ve been doing lots of resting. Ready to gently ease back into it."

"Best timing ever for this theme!! Thank you for sharing your story, and your thoughts about this, such great reminders as always."

"Okay, first of all, I love that you’re planting all the plants friends! It’s rather soothing. And yesssssssss!!!!!! Love this- I could always use a little reminder to redirect my focus and hello backbendy lunges! Best month yet!✨❤️✨"

"Those are quite some roots on those plant babies! 🤩😂 Okay, but for real, I love the reminders that the pose is about how it feels, not how it looks. Looking forward to September!"

"And yes, I dig (haha) the planting in the vlog. Makes me want to go start more propagations. 🪴"

"I always try to see how good of roots I can grow in a clear jar too! I love the way it looks; so satisfying. I’ve got some crazy ones right now that could really use some potting! Hey, I’ve got plants for you to pot if you need subjects for your next vlog 😂"

"OMG thats the best arguement for the modern day reinterpretation of Brahmacharya i ever heard, and expresses exactly how I feel about it <3"
