Some lovely comments on this video from our previous website:

"Thank you, Adell! I am super interested in all about nerves and nerve flossing, as I have very sensitive nerves and sometimes I can feel how they're getting pinched just with my shoulder extension or when working on a table (my ulnar, in this last case). However, I could not feel anything at all with this glide for the radial :( (PS. I am hypermobile). If I don't feel anything, am I still flossing the nerve, or am I not doing anything at all? Thank you <3"

"It's totally possible you won't feel it especially if you're hypermobile. From my understanding, if you're not feeling it then you probably don't need to floss it! It usually creates that sensation because it's being tautened in a way it's not used to. So a lack of sensation most likely means it's sitting there happy as Larry, not fussed that you're tautening it. πŸ€—"

"Now to get my girls doing this with me! ✨❀️✨"

"Okay my friend, I want you to know I tried this with my 10 and 12 year old daughters and they both really enjoyed it. We took some deep breaths afterwards and they were asleep in no time! Thank you for another tool for me to help them incorporate in their sleep and self care, routine. ✨❀️✨"

"We were nestled in bed but sitting in our pillows and blankets. And…I’ll add that my 10 year old has requested it twice since we did it the first time saying she slept really well. I’m now showing her the others. These are amazing, Adell and I’m so happy my girls are also learning!"

"Equally loved and hated it at times. Childs pose of hell, yes very accurate! Loved, loved, loved it. Attempted a puppy press from an elevated surface and although it didn’t quite happen yet the feeling in my pelvis was so new. Thank you!"

"Ok- pressing feels soooo far away but I sure do love trying and playing with all the new things my brain and body are learning. Your specialty is fun-hard! It’s so hard- but you make it so fun! ✨❀️✨"

"oh, wow! this was awesome! The pelvis tilt shift makes so much sense for press handstands! Even if I'm nowhere near yet. :) Thank you!"

"still not there yet but improvement on the elefant walk and straddle lift."

"waouh the second time the tilts of the pelvis made just more sense and felt more. still out of my way (with this crunching thing in the neck) but animal walks are better especially in straddle. My harmstrings scream your name though Adell πŸ˜‚"
