"I don’t know how I haven’t done this one before- but this was such a good class!!!! Even six years after a car accident wrecked my left leg and all the work I’ve done to make myself strong again, focusing so much on my hips was illuminating to see where I have stickiness that is different on each side. I’m striving to carry that awareness into the rest of my day as I move about to try to find more balance in how I move and how I favor my right side. This kind of micro-adjustments and awareness is really helping me work through all the crunchy, sticky bits of physical trauma in my body. Thank you for this deeply healing class! ✨❤️✨"
