"this brought me to tears Adell! Thank you so much… you help me so much in my journey!"

"Wow Adell, this is really healthy, really very well done! I feel emotionate, exciting, moved inside. I really experience a change between the one who start and the one who ends up after this practice. I will take it with me, in my pocket of mental cares. So powerful. Somehow I feel that you are becoming my master to follow and from who to learn to develop my own way as well, being inspired in yours, which is really clear. Perhaps not totally for you as it is a continuous path of development, but from here it shines, and this you know. Yo help a lot people, me, and in real from the inner side. I feel connected. Thank you..."

"this was a pretty creative and challenging asanas. I just did it at night before to prepare to go to bed. It feels perfect for my legs. I am still willing more :3"

"I got lost about 15 times during this one 🀣 All I could do was laugh at myself and keep flowing."

"It’s been 3 months since I last did this class. I was even more lost than last time πŸ₯΄"

"Thanks Adell, loved it, so creative and fun <3"

"Wow the first time through I was so confused πŸ˜‚ and incredibly impressed you could remember all the twists and turns and cue so well. But 2nd pass I already felt at home in the sequence. New favorite!"

"did it 1 time, loved it ! <3"

"I find it quite genius that at the end of the sequence we are able to come back to where we started, as part of the flow. I had loads of fun while spinning and hopping (ditched my mat for that part πŸ˜„). Definitely repeat a few times to get the hang of the moves and reap the joys! Thank you πŸ™πŸ½"

Some lovely comments on this video from our previous website:

"Strength. Concentration. Balance. Mobility. Stability. A good but of effort, an invitation for ease. And, in keeping with the MWA theme, harmony between what’s challenging and what’s joyful. I fell. And laughed. It was hard, and rewarding. This I’m is πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯I’ll be doing this again in the morning ✨❀️✨"

"Stepping back instead of stepping forward is hard. It seems like this requires winding the hips in one direction and then spring back and somehow balance on your foot and then spin around to face the opposite direction. Any tips on doing that with control and grace. I keep practicing and I am determined to get this move in a smooth and graceful way."

"What you describe feels very similar to my case I could probabaly internally rotate my hip and point my knee to the back if I really wanted to 🀣🀣 But that external movement? No Sir! The hip will not cooperate! My knees in easy pose are probably the same level now as they were 24 yrs ago when I went to my first yoga class (I was 16 and the class was called yogalates in a local fitness studio - good times 🀣🀣)"

"Another class with you that I truly enjoy! Still a mermaid, not a king pigeon yet, but on my way ;) Thank you Adell! <3"

"Great session. I’m currently in the mermaid team 🀣 but this class showed me how to work towards Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana. Thanks πŸ™β˜€οΈ"

"Thanks Adell! Wow, such an efficient and beautifully put together class, with perfect balance of strength and mobility for the hips. Also a great way to identify which parts of my glutes & thighs are tight or weak. πŸ™†β€β™€οΈπŸ™ŒπŸ’–"

"What an amazing class , thank you so much Adell 🀎🀎"

"I love these beautiful long classes! Time goes by super quickly because I feel like I'm playing around :) Thanks a lot!!!"

"I just love your longer classes! Came to this one because I was feeling really anxious and the tension somehow started melting along the way and it feels like I can breathe more freely ❀️ Thank you!!"

"another epic class, thank you ❀ love the longer classes ❀❀"

"Hahaha Forget the Kings and the Pigeons! I am a mermaid πŸ§œβ€β™€οΈ Amazing class Adell! My hips do not externally rotate Period But with you I’m slowly starting to nudge them in that direction πŸ’™πŸ’™"

"Happy happy birthday to MWA and thank you so so so much dear Adell, for sharing your knowledge, passion, lovely way and great hair do with us ;-) You keep me working hard on my mat with a smile on my face every time again. I'm so grateful for everything, please never stop doing what you do, it's a treasure! (As a birthday present I promise I am going to work on continuity - although you make that one so easy, it's the hardest part for me. So... let's grow! Sending a big birthday hug, a little late, but straight from the heart <3"
