Leaning on my pranayama helped me deliver three daughters into the world, helped me stay calm and coherent when my body was broken in a car accident and through my recovery; and most recently has helped me in recovery from multiple abdominal surgeries. “Take a deep breath” is the first thing I tell my daughters or students when they’re feeling emotional to help them ground and center. Breath is SO valuable! Full workshop, yes!!!! (Also, according to the Canadian Lung Association, an average adult takes 22,000 breaths per day). ✨❤️✨

This is soooooo good! I have a day of travel ahead of me tomorrow and will be doing this again when I arrive at my destination. I’m setting a personal goal to show up every single day this month (birthday month) even if it’s just to breathe with intention. This is going to be the best month yet! ✨❤️✨

Love love love headstands and pincha transitions! (I’m still working on the transition but I love it). I also love the calendar feature so I can go back through the month to the days that I didn’t get to a class and get my little green check! Such a nice way to start my morning✨❤️✨

The best kind of hard. I stopped mudflow to help my kids with something- and went back to the lizard-three legged dolphin- lizard transition a few times to find what was sticky and figure that out before finishing the full flow. Felt amazing, and also who will wash my hair? Cuz, 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🤪 ✨❤️✨
