This was sooooo nice. I stayed in the wide leg hold at the end for so long, and when I hugged everything in my whole body sighed and I felt weightless for a moment as I laid on my mat enjoying the bliss and the easy. Oort gooey bliss 😉 love this. ✨❤️✨

Oh wow! Trying the flow from revolved warrior to standing figure four with hands behind my head was such a fun challenge! I said, “oh this will be easy!” Then had to pause the video while I laughed because I totally fell out of it. Hooray! My brain learned something! I did this a second time with my lightest ankle weights and it changed the game….now we sauna…✨🤍✨

I love this ❤️ I remember when I was in ballet as a kid and I used to lay in middle splits and do homework! Now I’m just so grateful that my body still moves in these ways! This glow has me feeling nostalgic and loose in the best ways ✨❤️✨

This flow really pointed out to me my unevenness- each side is so different! Something I’m storing in my awareness so I can utilize all the brain-hacks to bring more cognitive mapping and awareness to in my daily practices. Love it though- and it was just enough time before getting in the sauna and winding down for the day! ✨❤️✨

This was the perfect way to start an early day today! Gentle, satisfying, and I feel ready for what lies ahead today✨❤️✨
