Oh wow! 🥵 that was fun-hard. Going to have to come back to this one. I had a hard morning and was feeling so mad that I came to my mat for some respite and to reset myself and ground and THIS helped soooo much! Hard to be mad and so air hungry switch jumps. Ended the session proud of myself and laughing at how uncoordinated those swinging leg claps must look to my dog who has been watching me 🤣😂🤣😂 love this and you so much! ✨❤️✨

🤣😂I am cracking up at how funny the hops and kicks feel! Coming off a surgery (cleared for movement) my body feels stiff and I have lots of sticky places but I’ve been jonseing to get back to movement and dive right in on the calendar rather than trying to find something gentle. I feel like a little kid- they way children will move in whatever fun weird way without judgement or filtering for what looks pretty. So today I had fun with it and now that 16 minutes wore me out so I’ll just embrace santosha and drink my kombucha and enjoy this crisp autumn evening; grateful as always for a place that feels like home for my practice. ✨❤️✨

I woke up feeling tight and grumpy- for sure over did it yesterday- and this flow was such good medicine this morning. I feel light and open. My breath is deep and my mood is calm and content. ✨❤️✨

This was exactly what I needed today! After a heavy weight work out, a hike, and yoga slow and gentle and ooey-gooey was absolute perfection! ✨❤️✨

Oh wow 🥵that’s good-hard! The toe stand extended leg ankle + wrist circles are 🤯I am going to be congratulating myself for the rest of the day for this! I noticed that I definitely need to work on lengthening through my tight hip flexors and quads to be able to get more range of motion to get my knees to the ground. This is the best kind of hard. The encouragement along the way makes it so sweet! Love this flow! Love youuuu! ✨❤️✨
