This is a excellent reminder of accepting where I am, who I am and that everything can be joyful because I chose, even if the thing, the practice, the person or the place is not so delightful, but, buuuut can be the journey of doing it, the learning even if it is hard, can be just the thing by itself, to enjoy going beyond one's limits, understandings and likes. So, I can enjoy starting to do this thing that have been very challenging, stressful and impossible. Now I can start the first part of the first step and enjoy it. Thanks! Now I leave for a jogging shoe time. I am now also keen to type down to every training I do with you as I want to discover everything is here. It is a bit of a challenge Move with Adell with all of your videos. It could be a way of trining my discipline and tenacity while learning, training and being inspired.

I love the tiny back variation, it shows how is chest flexibility and back mobility, specially the feelings that comes from it. Interesting for exploring awareness of that points; to me a highlight exercise.

I felt this perfect for a moment when you are feeling heavy... This gives air to the tired wings. I did it in my afternoon and expecting something more energize, nevertheless I said, no, I started and so I discover and give all what I am and have. So I did. I got then surprised when you said "where your drifty is {...}, just take this psychological mobility in the rest of your day}. And yes, actually that was a micro exercise of how to deal with expectations, times, decisions and calmness through high energy. Thank you! I enjoyed it!

This is the type of practice you do once and then you want to repeat next day on a roll. And I said this because I did it yesternight (last night) and today will be again. Talking from experience.

Also, this practice is one of the ones that let you go back to share thoughts. This motivates me again to write about my experience with the practices on your video. Sometimes I decide to keep silence, but, why not sometimes share thought and experiences? Thanks to you and this specific practice for moving me to type down. 

EKA PADA KOUNDIYASANA, is this the name of the asana? I needed to search hehe. And so, I love this practice, it was 1hr very well distributed and demanding-challenging. I got joy and effort. I have already the split and first time I practice the EPK, I feel I could go deeper in my stretch. And so, for me that I have already the split, what would you recommend to practice to open-stretch even more-deeper the lateral and horizontal legs stretching? Would you like to do a video-practice for legs for stretching 2 times deeper. I guess we will need help of some tools? I loved pushing floor with legs.Last part, regarding the eyes movement and close,  I want to confirm, so: I look front, then quickly to the left, close eyes and then open eyes looking to the front. Is it like this? Or it doesn't matter which direction we look in each leg-forwards? so, right leg front, eyes left; left leg front, eyes right? And, do we activate vestibular functions?

You are Very splendid. Nice flow to learn by heart; In Spanish we call it learn by memory (aprenderla de memoria), but I do love more in English because it includes the emotional connotation directly, and connect also with the emotions allows us to make it stronger and more significant in our learning process.
