I have an anatomy question about the flip grip. What movements are needed to make it happen? My understanding is a good shoulder flexion and shoulder external rotation in the same time . I find it hard to grip the foot and rotate, well that’s impossible for now 😀I have a good hip extension and backbend but this shoulder is super confused. I wonder if you could record one day something about the flip grip only, or maybe it’s already here on MWA? Perhaps my shoulders need more maping, repeating the articulation you demonstrate here in malasana? Thank you 🙏

That’s such a good workshop class. It was easier when I’ve done it after few months again. Slowly strength is building up. I find the hip articulation is crucial in my case and I continue working on that ❤️ 🙏
