Loved this class, Adell encouraging voice led me through all the challenges 🔥

That was so much needed today for me. As someone with rather tight posterior chain I appreciated gentle introduction to opening the back of the legs. Whole sequence felt rounded and will be coming back to it this month for that soft relaxed feeling in the hips and legs. Thanks Adell 🙌

Gently challenging flow, great for days when you need to open your heart a bit 💓 I keep coming to Bow Pose classes when I need some chest opening and always find my whole body being nicely toned and awake. Thank you Adell 🙌

Adell Bridges dry brushing and some cold shower help me. Topping up Mg biglycinate definitely made my muscles stronger and less fatigued, less shaky. Also lately I realised I cope better with shorter practices but more often. I used to focus on 1.5-2h yoga in the morning. Now I prefer 40min-1h yoga am and 30min of something in the afternoon, and other combos :) so not getting to extreme fatigue in one long workout.

It’s kind of art sometimes with female hormones working along or not. At the back of my head I always like to see health in balance. Too much exercise + not enough nutrition can tax immune system and hormones too (have been there).

And what’s your recovery protocol? :)

Recently added to my daily yoga a gym strength practice x2week but also I love dynamic movement like dance and running and try to fit in 1/week. The problem I face is recovery time, trying to fit everything and also moving naturally (walks, hikes) and life sometimes just doesn’t work out 🥹not to mention we talk about movement only, and space for meditation is also v important x

How lucky am I to be able to go through this strong and fun flow twice in a row 🙏 I managed to hold Crane pose for few seconds the second round, feeling rewarded. I liked we did quite a lot on forearms, shoulders feel stable and toned. Really enjoyed it and will come back to it again soon. Thank you Adell for pushing us to the challenge 🙂❤️🙏

And I appreciate you Adell, thank you for sharing your gifts and light.

I loved this flow so much I’ve done it twice this week. My back feels strong and supported and I loved the ankle weights round. Blessings to you ❤️

Great workout, loving the longer abs sessions! And that peck stretch in wheel pose yeah!

I am grateful how MwA app is structured so I can dive into sections that I want to focus on. For example “activate your Vestibular System” videos, where I can choose different workouts for my balance. This twisty vestibular/cerebellum flow is a gem. It showed me so many more things I have to continue to work on. Thanks for organising the flows so it’s easy to custom own practice programs ❤️❤️❤️
