Again I am so impressed by the library content of MWA!😍 I keep finding so many gems here! Today I went for this amazing handstand class with focus on the gaze and visual drills. I found that for me it makes absolute difference where I look. Sometimes handstand can make me feel excited but here, thanks to the drills and really balanced flow with pauses for rest, I felt so steady yet calm upon completion. Feeling grateful for your amazing content and work that you put through creating this for others ❤️❤️❤️ thanks for keeping challenges lighter through your smile and presence ❤️❤️❤️

Powerful pistols and roses 🌹 ❣️ I started my day today with this class and I know this one will be repeated. I great class to go for on the days you want to give your arms a rest and give the juice to your lower body. I loved the ankle decompressions and opposing joint drill, that made a difference for me. I look forward to repeat this flow and others from Pistol Squat skill factory, loving the squat videos! Thank you ☺️

What a great flow to build that compression power. Managed to hold some lolasanas without blocks. I loved the opening postures with abdominal contractions, I felt like my brain is making new connections with the abs 🧠 Great flow to remind yourself how core strength makes you feel balanced inside out! I loved this sweet flow ❤️ was looking for something I could do in the evening still within a theme of compression, that was perfect, for

body and brain. Will try this in the morning next time :)

This was strong, very strong. My feet felt amazing afterwards. I am in gratitude for your squat exploration and sharing them in skill factories. Working on things like Sissy squat unmasks blury spots in my practice, I love this challenge, this flow was one of the hardest I’ve done so far and I am so happy I keep finding so much challenging content on MWA. I feel I’m growing 🌱

Thank you Adell, what a great workshop. That explains a lot for me, the way you clearly walked us through key areas of hip mobility was super. I have a natural anterior tilt and I can understand better now what’s happening for me in various asanas and daily posture.
