This class was great ❤️ I just got myself a latex free resistance band and I am catching up with resistance band flows. I loved the way I was challenged, I feel it is so good for me. Bands will be a part of my new weekly routine. Yes to flows with resistance bands!

Thank you. I’m so glad I’ve chosen this flow for today. A great balance of different skills, loved transitions and the Visvamitrasana variation ❤️ thanks for empowering theme and sharing a story. Let’s keep rewriting the story ❤️❤️❤️

How great is that you introduce other types of movements of MWA apart from yoga! Now I realised I have to re-learn how to jump 😂😂😂 loved it xx

It was a joy practicing this class and finding strength in moments of challenge. I loved the one forearm variations, and the middle splits and hip work made such a great combo.

Your classes are impactful and support the deeper shifts not on on physical but so much on mind and spiritual level. My body and brain gets stronger through your flows. This one left me with a sense of integrity and calm power and trust. Feeling grateful for this journey ❤️❤️❤️

Thank for this relaxed paced class. I’ve practiced it in a hotel room as a evening de-stressing flow and it was a great choice. I enjoyed it’s simplicity and longer pauses in poses that brought more of a meditative touch to the practice 🙏

I did this class 6 months ago and today for the second time. I was happy to notice that this time the beginning didn’t feel hard at all, I feel so much stronger since joining MWA ❤️❤️❤️ this class is really helpful fo me to explore pincha variations, that require a bit more skill and core strength. I loved funky transitions with cactus arm/twists/balances and the fun pincha variants introduced. Thank you 🙏 ☺️

Adell, I enjoyed this class so much. I think it’s great addition to a skill that we work throughout the month. Yes, I want more videos like that - for me once a month, when we work on a specific skill is enough, so I can explore it across at least few weeks, brain needs time😃. For me the great wonders were the lung squash, oculomotor reflex and air hunger. I love your metronome ☺️ a question about the last drill: my thinking was it is a opposing joint principle, is interlimb neural coupling the same thing? By the way, it worked too 🙏 thanks for amazing content !!!🙏

That was one the hardest flow I’ve done on MWA, something to be repeated for sure 🙏I love the Dancer Pose themed classes. Feeling grateful 🙏
