What level do I need to be at to join?
Prerequisites:
You don’t need a solid handstand yet — just a willingness to learn
No injuries that prevent weight-bearing on hands
A little curiosity
This course will benefit total beginners to anyone looking to hold their existing handstand for longer, with a straighter line, with more ease and confidence.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Included in this course is access not just to the live classes, but unlimited, on demand access to the recordings for one year.
What equipment will I need?
As of now, I haven't yet finished planning the programme and can't answer this question in full.
However I recommend getting the following items as they're very useful to have around anyway:
x2 5kg dumbbells
medium resistance band
x2 yoga blocks (preferably cork or foam)
But please check back later if you don't want to buy something you won't need ;-)
What's your refund policy?
If something comes up that interrupts your ability to join the course, full refunds are available prior to the course beginning. From 7th January 2026 onwards, no refunds will be available. If you require a refund, please write to me (hit reply to any confirmation email you receive after signing up)
