alternatively there are a few more flows and workshops that can contribute to the strength needed for that skill: just search “chaturanga” and you’ll see them.
Starting with the knees down in plank, and building the strength in the upper body to hold the line from shoulders to knees for as long as you can while you lower down is where to start. Once you can go to bent arms and back up without losing the line, do the same with knees up!
I think making a playlist of classes for this skill will be fun though, so I’m gonna add that to my to do list and get that up for you! Thank you for this excellent question!
