Hmmm maybe! It's hard to say without seeing you but you sound like me haha; try to move only where you can go with control and come back (using the wall minimally) and without pain obvs.  Then also try this: go to puppy pose, then without moving anything, try to lift your arms up.  You should feel your deltoids working a lot -- then try to engage those same muscles to "pull" you into that shoulder flexion, rather than letting gravity pull you there (hope that makes sense!?)

Oooh I forgot about this one!! Liwia you are becoming more of an expert on the MWA library than I am.  Are you after a job or something?! Haha anyway yeah all those little moving parts of the ankle can create a lot of good stress for the brain! Well done you

I love it when badasses like you use words like "lovely" on a class that's meant to kick your butt haha! Well done 😘

Ooooh interesting!! It's certainly possible; worth playing with some vision drills to see if they help the hamstring.  Maybe start with just closing the eyes and noticing if removing all visual input altogether helps?

Wonderful to hear this Jess!! Keep up the good work!! It feels so good, I agree, to reap the fruits of your labour! Pincha fruits hehe

How are you getting on with pincha this month??

Tomorrows new flow is GREAT for your shoulders AND brain with some of my fave breath techniques in it too! All in all, we’ll prep the body to play on the wall with that pincha hollowback shape!
