Yes you're not alone!! It can feel like you're going soooo deep and then you look, and it's not haha! But yes, I find if you can get the pelvis under control, that's the first step. Then you can think about pushing the chest AWAY from the wall as you keep pushing through the shoulders to keep yourself as high above the floor as possible!
