Yes you're not alone!! It can feel like you're going soooo deep and then you look, and it's not haha! But yes, I find if you can get the pelvis under control, that's the first step.  Then you can think about pushing the chest AWAY from the wall as you keep pushing through the shoulders to keep yourself as high above the floor as possible!

Honestly vestibular drills work for almost EVERYONE!! It's why I'm so obsessed with them!! I won't stop until everyone knows how helpful it can be to shake your head around hahaha love you!!!

ina c Good to know hehe -- it's always helpful for me as a teacher to know these things so I can be more inclusive with my cueing! But also good observations and that's what it's all about: just using these little challenges as opportunities to listen and notice and be curious! Well done!

Ooooh can't wait for the update but in the meantime I'm so glad it's helping! A lot of these exercises are about making the wrist joint "smart" which is my favourite way to train a joint (compared to just "mobile" or "flexible" which is what a lot of wrist warm ups do).  So hopefully your brain is enjoying it!
