It is a beautiful flow, I enjoyed the perturbing movements while balancing. Class was fun, and even I can’t extend fully to this puppy variation I felt accomplished and with love and acceptance ❤️❤️❤️

Strong class with really funky thoracic moves , loved it! It was super challenging, and the extended puppy, wow 🤩

Thank you for strong dynamic class! I practiced it twice, on different days, I enjoy this month classes very much and here when we tried hollow back Pincha I had this wow feeling when you try something for the first time. I filmed myself and ,well, it doesn’t look very hollowy vs what I felt like 😉the thoracic spine doesn’t extend/curve a lot. Would you say first step in building Hollow Back Pincha is pelvic tilt, the one we practiced at the end here? But even so it feels so great to learn something new and I feel thrilled about it 🙏❤️

Those simple looking exercises were the real burn 🔥 ankles are almost like tingling in a good way, I reached muscles and structures I must have never used. So good for the brain and I see a lot of benefit in other areas of my body and balance in general by mobilising ankles. Thank you!

Adell Bridges the music was not too loud for me. It created this ambient feeling that I personally enjoyed 🙏often Yoga Nidras recording are without sound but your music fitted very well into this session and didn’t disturb the process 🙏

Thank you Adell ❤️. I’ve done this Nidra 3 times this week in different times of the evening, it helped me to relax quickly. I love Yoga Nidra ❤️

Adell Bridges doing it 3rd time was able to hold in the air on both sides. The key was trust 🙏
